Day 9 Overcoming Burnout
Day 9. Pick a second healthy habit. For these habits I encourage you to add something to your life instead of taking something away for instance I think it's a better habit at this point to say I am going to have a fruit or vegetable with every meal as opposed to saying I am never going to eat bread again. I am not totally sure why this works better but I am guessing it is because starting a new habit is easier than breaking a bad habit. Here is a list of things you could add to your life that will make you a healthy person.
Take a multivitamin every day
Take the stairs every chance you have
Take a nap everyday
Floss your teeth everyday
Do a set number of bodyweight exercises every day, pushups, squats, lunges sit ups.
Park as far away from a building to give you a chance to walk more.
