Day 14 Overcoming Burnout
Day 14. You just finished or are about to finish 14 days of consistent effort to overcome the burnout. I am sure you are doing great. I hope you are starting to feel like the things you are struggling with can be overcome and that you can find that passion that you started with. Today I want you to go for another walk, the same rules apply as last time try to go for an hour, try and walk outside and definitely avoid distractions. I want you to think about the past 2 weeks reflect on how some of the actions you have taken have made you feel. As you finish your walk make a plan to continue on this journey.
