Day 13 Overcoming Burnout
Day 13. Write a list of things you are thankful for. I want you to spend all day doing this, no I don't want you to sit at a desk all day but I want you to think about it all day and every time something pops into your head, I want you to write it down. It could be something small like being thankful you have an auto start feature on your car or something big like how awesome your parents are. Make this list as long as possible, I think you will find that when life gets hard it's challenging to see past our problems but if we look around we will probably see we have a lot more things going for us than we have things working against us.
